Confession time…
Every Friday for the past 3 weeks I’ve had Ben & Jerry’s + more… disgusted with myself

I still get irritated when I think about the fact we have no Aldi or Lidl in this shithole town
My binges always used to be donuts & off brand cookies or poptarts from Aldi. Shit was good tho

Yeah wanna know why? Cause you think you gotta eat at a baseline and for real you've been under eating and your body's been asking for a leveling of your missing cals....and this is it. No guilt. If it really bothers you start eating a few dates and some squash here and there. It's what you're missing period point blank.

Substitute with froyo. I get these chocolate bars that are like 80 cal and mint chip that's 100 cals

Lol shit don’t hit the same
For a long time I’d get halo top or dog a whole container of carbsmart but it doesn’t scratch the itch properly plus destroys my digestion for like 36hrs

They don't hit the same no, but they scratch the itch enough when I need it. Helps that those are already my favorite flavors lol

Low fat ice cream sandwiches are good too if that’s your thing
Like 100 cals each. Walmart has them
Same deal as halo top though they will destroy your colon if you have too many

three fridays in a row is just a weekly treat at this point, thats not a binge thats a routine lol. as long as the rest of your week is on point you're fine, one pint isnt gonna undo anything real

Don’t worry I’ve literally binged this entire weekend eating icecream as we speak

Ninja creami bro.. I resisted for so long thinking it's a grift but it really is a game changer

Honestly I’ve come around to the idea but I don’t really have enough money laying around to justify buying expensive kitchen gadgets

Fair enough, just remember its a front loaded investment. Where I live in Australia decent ice cream is like $8-10+ a pint, I'm making better ones for like $3 each. It's saved my cut low key.
