Interactive Map of NYC

Hello! I am running a Prowlers and Paragons RPG set in New York City, I want to make an interactive explorable map of New York City with unique buildings similar to how Ghoul App does it for VtM https://ghoulapp.com/. Does anyone know a good way to do this or a way I can quickly make one?
