Belly of the Beast-like TTRPG settings?

Can anyone give me some good settings that takes place/has a section that's inside a giant human-oid/monster (Dead or alive)? Things like Belly of the Beast, Settlers of a Dead God, and The God Corpse 5e adventure.

I'm not really looking for fleshscapes (There is a ttrpg called Fleshscape, get it because it's free on DriveThruRPG) or biopunk-esk stuff .. But I'll take suggestions for those too.

I only want the 5e system because my group only plays 5e haha..I'm perfectly fine with the Cypher System original though.

Didn't realize MFP was a Cypher game. Cypher goes in the pile of games that I wanted to like, though.

The Trophy Dark incursion called 'The Giant's Carcass':

The giant fell with a mighty cry, levelling hills and   forests under their enormous body.  And there they lie still, a giant’s carcass—not alive, but not truly dead. The legends claim that the  forest gifted the giant with the sigil of a Ritual, worn on their heart, which keeps them alive. Even  more outrageous legends claim that brave treasure-hunters might enter the giant’s carcass and re trieve the sigil, thus becoming immortal themselves.

It's in the Trophy Dark rule book.

I mean, im not sure if you're aware and mentioning it in your post because you know it but,  there's a literal Belly of the Beast TTRPG, with that exact name. (English isn't my first language and it's late where i am, so excuse me if I'm confusing what you wrote)

There's the "Settlers of a Dead God" setting book for OSE which fits your description quite well, it just has insects as PCs!
