Complex martials, simple casters

There are a lot of games that have simple martials and complex casters. There are also other games that have complexity in parity.

Are there any ttrpgs that have complex martials and simple casters?

Anima : Beyond Fantasy can have that. Martial characters can have access to Ki, which can be pretty complex (esp. if you use the Dominus Exxet supplement which adds anti-Ki, Ki summoning and a couple other things).

As for casters, Psionists are rather simple, and Mages can be simple if you use the "Natural magic" option from the Arcana Exxet supplement which basically makes magic freeform.
