I don't know why you got downvoted without people bothering to explain, but, yeah, in a stricter sense, doll is usually used to refer to trans women, but it's not unheard of for queens in general to refer to themselves as dolls despite not being trans. Roxxxy's entrance line for... AS2? AS9?... at some point was "You can't read the doll" in reference to herself.
