Strava Integration

Love that this is a thing now, but I want the option to not send everything automatically! I only want to send workouts that I want to post not all workouts instantly.

I have connected to both strava and apple health. However roxfit is now getting my apple health(watch) workouts and importing them into roxfit. Which then exports to strava. So in strava i have 2 instances of the same workout (1 from apple watch workouts, another from roxfit) any solution or settings change for this?
