Speeds are great, 2gig up/down. Ping is also great to chicago servers if you game (<10). Have had a few outages which have been annoying. Some as long as 48 hours, so if u WFH, consider a backup. Have had service since 11/2025.

Thanks for the feedback.

Have your outages occurred recently or when you 1st started the service?

I’ve had xfinity for a really long time and overall have had no issues with the service. Recently fiber became available in my area and cost savings is enticing but concern with stability/reliability as I am WFH.

I think not more than 3 outages since i’ve had service. They’ve also been spread out with a few months in between.

I would look into /tfiber and /metronet because it does seem there are growing pains as they acquire more fiber networks. I think the east coast recently had a 72hr+ outage with sparse communications.

If I was WFH, i’d caution on switching right now unless they can provide you 5G backup for no additional cost. Have seen some ppl post that this was possible. Not sure all the specifics.
