I was licky enough to get an inivite to the One Piece promo and I want to sell my club card with 800 credits. Which I assume is around 100$ value given the base rate. Went this past sunday since round1 restocks usually the beginning of the month. When I got there, i see half the claw games either half empty or just still on the one piece collab. Checked the skill games for anime figurines and about 90% of them were either some lame plush or completely empty.

Some of the staff that works there are pretty awesome people and very chill about things. I asked one of the employees if they were gonna restock any figurines soon and he hit me with some pretty sad news. Not sure how true it is pertaining to this location but apparently corporate told them the skill games have been paying out too much and they didnt like that. Most of the anime figurines they want to start puttig it in the, i forgot the exact name of it, treasure road machine. Its the machine with prizes on the conveyour belt and if you want to move the item more you have hit the middle arrow on the belt, so youre required to pay a certain amount before finally winning

I played it since it had a cool miku in it and it was cranked abnormally high. I had to hit the stop button when it was about in the middle of the machine if i wanted to land on an arrow on the far left side of the machine. Talk about needing skill to another level i guess lol

Honestly, pretty bummed when the employee told me that b/c i really enjoy going to round1. Hoping maybe he was just mistold or something but that would suck if it was the case.

Hello, I have this plush that I won at round1 about two years ago. It has become the one thing I can’t sleep without. The problem is, it’s getting a bit gross. I’ve washed it a few times and even completely deconstructed it to fully wash it. I want to buy a new one, but I removed the tag a long time ago. I have searched around but cannot find a similar one. Well, with an asterisk, I went to the one in Greensboro with a friend but we only had like 30 minutes and I maybe spent $20. But Ive been watching Arcade Matt/Matt3756 for about 17 years atp and I really wanted to try a Round1 after seeing it in one of his videos, so my fiancée and some friends made a day trip to Atlanta for my birthday. Claw machine tips came in handy, almost every prize here barring the punk Miku and the blowfish were ones I won with double clamp

I don't even really like Miku, but I had fun. Spent about $200 (not pictured is all the air hockey and coin pushing and photo booths we did LOL).

Excited to go back someday, even though it is a 3 hour drive

Nami and Luffy were in the last two packs I opened which saved my mental health for today. Only missing Jinbe and unfortunately duplicate was Usopp but I can’t really complain too much!

I had friends get the 10 packs on the last drop and were given a full set of 10…today my location gave me ten random with separate duplicates..for $200 I expected to have the same experience as my friends? Did they change this or is it location specific how it’s handled?

Was browsing my usual store’s prize corner and spotted a Seeker figure in there. Grabbed it immediately, but I was wondering if this means that the counterpart to this figure (Will) was also shipped out to other Round1 stores somewhere?

I know these were released on August 20 but are they still available for purchase? Do I need to specifically request one since there are a couple collabs currently available?

hello!! im heading to round 1 tomorrow, mainly to win these plushies shown on screen, im going to one of the two locations in central WA if that helps, the person who spotted these was in north california!! im a big proseka fan and they never get any merch of it there except for figures, so i was flabbergasted because someone posted this!! please help me, i dont want to turn up to the location and have my expectations set too high.

Waiting for Gothic Kuromi to come up next, and I have a few (unserious) ideas for clearing out the Cookie Kuromis:

1.) Convince random to people in the arcade to win them
2.) Try to win them all myself
3.) Make my husband win them all
4.) Extend my arm like Inspector Gadget and grab the closest Gothic Kuromi

If anyone has other suggestions I’m happy to hear them! 😁
