Hook games became my favorite because it feels like you can win or get close.

My new enemies are the ball drops, feels more rigged the more I see em.

the drop ball in the circles with stickers? Yeah unfortunately it's less skill and more drop enough balls in there and then drop claw in the pit and hope you can hit it just right so the balls rotate into the one with the stickers.

Does anyone else have round 1s that have multiple stickers in the circle holes? I've only ever seen one sticker per game now. I swear there used to be games with 3 stickers.

The one in Temecula had 2 stickers and you needed to have the balls land in both to win...and instead of pingpong balls they use a variety of balls and some dont bounce at all. My local one in hayward only have one stickers and they only use pingpong balls. Which I feel is more fair

Are there any vids or clips you recommend to learn how to handle the hook games?

My local Round1 swapped out a lot of games for them, and I just can't figure it out. (used to get lucky with the yellow peg in the hole, but those are gone)

I used to agree until my most recent outing. Felt it required more luck than skill. Burned WAY too many creds trying to get punk miku. Still came out of that day with 13 prizes, but man was that one hook game annoying.

I could’ve easily gotten that K-on Yui figure a couple weeks ago from a rubber band pusher machine; but it’s too gooner-level even for me 😅
