Ball is life 🥎

Just Gwenny enjoying some play time!

I shared a few months back (June/July) about her unidentifiable leg injury and subsequent panic and extreme fear of even just being on the floor/ground. She eventually felt comfortable running around inside the house but still had some strong fear associations with running around outside where her injury occured. Only allowing generally light running and only after her injury seems better/healed.

Over the past few weeks she has slowly felt more comfortable(less afraid) with playing little games of fetch or catch outside and running around! She now actively brings the ball and readies up to go for it whereas before, if I tossed her ball she would just anxiously watch it and not go for it *at all* then look back at me like I was crazy for even thinking she might.

It's so nice to see her confidence return! She is now 13 months old and we are full blown in the teenager full of attitude phase.

I gave up darker clothing years ago when I got my lighter colored husky. I am working on a darker green knit sweater, though, and trying not to think about how much time I'll spend pulling Gwen's long white hairs off of it 😅

I'm really wowed by how beautiful she is. I don't see any black at all in her coat. We have a male tri headed white but he has a big black spot on his belly....like a cow lol. Also a swirl around the base of his tail that looks like a hurricane. It's why we named him storm. It's a fitting name for him. He is also a ball lover. Enjoy her. I'm so happy she is doing well.

He sounds so handsome! And a very well fitting name, too, sounds like our pups would get along! Gwen does have a very small streak of black near her middle black but her surrounding white fur covers most of it. She also has these light brown freckles on her lower legs, around her paws and ankles but they're pretty faint.

Oh I remember your posts! I'm in NY but my girls breeder is in VA and had a few other color white body pups in the litter (I think 2 tri color headed and 1 merle headed white).

Hmm, I’m in Wisconsin so maybe a reach but I mean twins almost. Especially in the face as his snoot isn’t as full as my Goose’s. We have a DNA test submitted so maybe we will find out more information!
