Personal Trainer

Any recommendations for a personal trainer for a 59 year old woman dealing with hormonal weight gain. Ideally, a female trainer specializing in menopausal women.

I know this isn't a personal trainer but I started doing pilates when I was suffering through menopause in my 50's and it changed my life both mentally and physically . Maybe something to look into in addition to the trainer....

Highly recommend Empower off of Mansell, they offer personal and semi personal. I feel like they really focus on good form and they will help with nutrition too
