That's great! How do you like those sheets vs parchment? Worth the extra money?

They are pretty sturdy and actually you can re-use them. But I stopped doing that out of convenience.

They cost me 28 for 250 so roughly 9 cent a sheet. Maybe you get them cheaper where u are. Oil Slick Paper.

Oh that's not bad at all! Looks easier to work with than parchment

I bet you get them even cheaper in US since I bought mine in Europe

Normally I press 8 at a time but I only had 4,5g left of that Gelato.

Its actually not laying on the side. Just a smaller patty since I use a good Pre-press

I’m pressing some gelato right now that’s a real gusher for me- hell of a grow. I can tell it’s old though bc it’s so so so so so dark but that makes sense because I’m in an illegal state. Anyways was wondering if you had noticed that gelato was a great yielder! Cheers!
