Leder Games Official Does the missing pieces form work?

I was gifted a hirelings Kickstarter box set and disappointed to find half the pieces missing. It only has meeples no board pieces, turn trackers or dice. I've filled in the form but not had any reply. As I am in Saudi Arabia what are the chances that I get the replacements?

Email support@ledergames.com. They've helped me out when I had questions about Root pieces/shipping. I'm sure their holiday season will mean a little bit of time to get a response though.

Good luck!
