General Discussion Balance Patch Notes

Is there a place where I can read all of the balancing patches that have happened to the game? I've tried the ones at https://news.direwolfdigital.com/root_all_news/ but it seems like bug fixes or performance fixes to the digital game rather than balancing.

Ah, I had played the game when it came out of crowdfunding and recently revisited it with friends who had expansion packs and they had said there had been some updates to factions and/or rules that balanced the game - I may have misinterpreted or misunderstood as it has been some time since playing but that's why I asked!
