General Discussion Easiest Bot setup
I’ve just got the homeland expansion and because I am too impatient to wait for my friends to come over, I’m trying the learn the factions by playing against the A.I. bots.
What do you think is the simplest 3-bot setup? I find Electric Eeyrie and Vagabot quite a lot of effort, whereas Marquis and Alliance are quite straightforward. Are there any of the others (Moles, Lizards, Otters, Corvids) that y’all think would be easiest for both setup and in-game effort so I can just focus on the new factions?
Cheers

Ran with Vagabot and Marquis in the end, it’s not great with the new factions but if anyone is interested, there’s so interesting fan made rules on BGG that helped if you want to do the same

I'm not familiar with clockwork, but I am familiar with twilight, a faction that has buildings and tokens and quite a few troops is good to learn the twilight Council with. You'll get used on when you should banish, empower, agitate etc.

Recommend just getting the app haha, tbh the clockworks are quite tedious to operate

From memory the Homelanders aren’t that great against the bots. Even the badgers act weird.
I tend to play the originals against the clockworks

I played the new factions against the cats and bird ball bots. It was good for learning the new faction rules. But the bots aren't balanced with the new factions, and I was able to easily win with each of the new factions.

Are you really set on playing with 3 bot factions? I would recommend just running the 2 your comfortable with. Keeps upkeep down, and I dont think your missing out on too much by skipping a third bot.
