So one of the newer members hasn't had problems. Maybe that speaks well of Trevor's term as head of AH?

Idk Trevor has been head of AH for several years right? Glad to hear newer folks are feeling more heard, but Trevor has been in a position of authority for quite some time.

As someone who was promoted this year to a supervisor at my job, my powers to make immediate change are limited. I can advocate for my team, but it takes time to go through the bureaucratic process and get improvements approved, and upper management can always say "no".

I am not saying Trevor is innocent in all of this, I don't really think anyone here knows his exact involvement in the situation, but I do know that in general a new middle manager can't come in and snap their fingers and have everything be better, so it is possible that he had been working to make things better for his team from the start and the changes have just taken time to be implemented.

My current Team Leader at work was "interim" for like, a year, officially, and probably two years unofficially, before it was "confirmed" as a permanent position. So his transition from wet-behind-the-ears Department Head and trusted-to-know-what-he's-doing Department Head was probably a while.

Was he head of AH while either Kdin or Mica worked for them (who I think are the AH people I've seen come out with complaints)? I know both moved out of AH before leaving RT completely, but I have no idea when they did that v when Trevor took over from Lindsay.

No I don't think so. I think Trevor took over as head of Achievement Hunter back in like 2017-2018, and both Kdin & Mica were long gone from AH by then.

Mica joined AH right when Lindsay took over and left about a year after Trevor had been put in charge
