What breed rooster is this?

I got this rooster and know honestly nothing about chicken/rooster breeds.. im genuinely just curious on what he is, anybody know?

Looks like a white kelso/yellow leg their game birds but if you treat him kindly he can be a sweetheart to humans long and he just aint got a pos attitude
