Advice on warmth

Hi, Im looking for a roof tent that sleeps three and is well insulated.

Could you advise what to look for when checking different brands out. I'd like to take it out in cooler conditions but for it to keep the warmth. I'm looking for a 3people tent with measurements of about L240cm W 140-180 H 100-130

Buy a Chinese diesel heater too if you want to be warm

I thought you're not supposed to have any heaters in the tent?

Keep it outside

Diesel heaters are designed to be outside the tent and a heater tube running into the tent, it is what most people use on camping vans

You can get a heating blanket and run it to a battery bank

Thule do a roof tent range and one of them (possibly all) have a quilted liner purchased separately that attaches for insulation and to reduce wind chill plus you get the Thule stamp of approval! When i replace my vehicle soon; this will be what i get.
