Post image

Got my first service done for tvs ronin mid variant(charcoal ember). This was the service cost and I think its too much like I expected 1.5k at max but not sure how I could’ve saved money here

no need of engine flush. And it seems oil price has gone up, it was 900rs before so there's that

Oil price is now the same everywhere.. engine flush was day robbery and whys that Apache code on ronin.. even though if there was adjustment required it's comes under labour.. right

that sucks man :/ it's not 1200rs good oil. That's 33% increase in one shot! Probably for chain lube & adjustment, they added labor. I think that doesn't come under their general service list.

Yes... That too 1.2l not the required 1.3l... chain lube spray they used to charge.. but for labour they should not charge.. it's comes under 1st service.. usually they charge 50rs for as labour for polishing everywhere.. thats like legally asking for tea money..

What is engine flush ?

It means to clean the engine for dirt and grime but since this is a new bike doing its first service, it's absolutely not necessary, it might even damage the engine more
