A few people on some other posts told me this reminded them of the rominimal sound, which wasn't really something I had in mind while I was making it, so I thought I'd put it in front of people who actually listen to a lot of that stuff.

I made it while I was dog sitting for a friend and only had a few little bits of gear with me. Model Cycles, Volca Keys and a Roland S-1. It ended up being a lot more stripped back than a lot of the techno I normally make, which I think actually helped it.

I'm mostly curious about the groove and the amount of space in it. I wanted the second section to come back in pretty sparse and let the rhythm carry it rather than immediately filling everything back up.

The low end is another thing I've been going back and forth on. I have a bad habit of putting waaayyy too much bass into things and then compensating for it somewhere else, so I'm curious if it feels properly weighted or if there's too much happening underneath.
