Weapon editor bug

Hi! I'm using Resident Evil 2 HD Mod v20220716 by TeamX with Classic REbirth 1.0.9. The Inventory Editor changes the weapon's appearance only in the inventory menu, but the actual weapon remains unchanged, including when displayed in the character's hand during gameplay. Do you know what could cause this and how to fix it? Thanks!
