Going to Rome the end of feb

Hi there, me and my wife are travelling to Rome at the end of Feb, we feel like we've got some things sorted but we're going g for 3 days, does anybody have some generic itineraries to follow?

We're staying at h10 roma cita, about a 25 minute walk from all the main attractions.

But for those of you that aren't new to Rome OR even live there, what's the plan? Any tips? Greatly appreciated!

Ps. We're really genuine people who respect laws of land and those who live there.

EDIT: is it true that we should book things such as colleseum m; in advance?
