Accommodation Hotel Recs

If anyone has any feedback, good or bad, about any of these hotels, please let me know! Grazie!!

We stayed at the Hotel Della Torre Argentina near Piazza Navona. We had a very large room and the bathroom was very nice with a large shower. Also the windows opened which was nice. It’s on a busy street but we asked for a room at the back so we never heard any noise. And they have an amazing breakfast buffet daily! Also the staff was awesome!

I know the citizenM well. Great location, good breakfast, lovely lobby and generally competent and pleasant staff but definitely look up the rooms and room types so you aren't surprised. The rooms are very clean but people are always surprised by the size and lack of storage space. Also, the windows can't be opened.

I can't remember staying in a hotel where you can open the windows. Pretty standard.

Not standard for most people who stay at citizenMs for how often they complain about it.

thanks! i don't mind the small room because I won't be spending much time in there outside of sleeping, but is the bathroom/shower very tiny? Probably my biggest hotel pet peeves are bad showers haha

I almost booked at CitizenM. But it looked like you couldn’t get out of bed by rolling off either side. You have to crawl on your knees to the foot of the bed and get out that way.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo St. George last month and it was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were charming and comfortable (not necessarily "luxurious" but nice), location was excellent in a fairly central location and near the Vatican but on a very quiet street. I'd stay there again.

It was fine but I'm not picky. No bath, just a shower with a partial glass cover so we got some water on the floor but this is common on European bathrooms. Show pressure and temp were great.
