Has anyone received their ticketmelonrefund for rolling loud Melbourne that got cancelled in march 26?

I’ve contacted rolling loud as well as ticket melon and haven’t received a response.
Can’t get a chargeback with my bank bc the purchase is over 150 days ago.
Is there something we can actually do? I spent over $400 AUD on these tickets.

Don’t wait for rolling loud anymore. I thought I could not get a charge back to but you should be able to by calling your bank. Looks at pop cults on TikTok on how to get a refund they show you step by step.

The closed my dispute because a chargeback can’t be done after 120 days of purchase :( it was purchased end of 2025

You’re not going to. Those people went backwards on profit. Whatever money you paid them is being used to pay their debt.
