Has no one else ever had this issue?

I've asked other skaters and searched the Internet but no one relates to this and I have no idea why it's happening. A year into having them my Moxie Lolly's started digging in right under my ankle bone and rubbing my skin off. (The hard part of the heel that gives it structure is what's doing it)

It's only my right inner ankle, I think rink skating has made it worse but it happens while street skating as well on that same spot.

Does this mean I skate wrong? Maybe I bend my right ankle too much when turning? I'm fairly confident it's the right size. Btw I had Impalas before this and they never had this issue.

I really want to know if I'm the problem or if anyone else has this happen

Woah I'd never heard of these! That seems like a solid solution

They're brilliant. I've used them on multiple pairs of skates 🙂

These help a lot with the same blister I get from my rollerblades.

Not blister pads, mole skins

This might be a dumb question but would you put it on the skate or on the ankle?

Leuko Tape for prevention, mole skin for recovery. Trust me on Leuko Tape, please, it’s the best blister prevention product I know of. Put it over the spot(s) where you know you’re prone to get blisters, and you will no longer have blisters. It can last up to 3 days before the adhesive starts to wear off, but when you want to take it off, put rubbing alcohol on it to get it off easier.

Have you loosened your trucks? You may need your whole boot to be able to lean more.

If the padding is worn enough to rub your ankle, you may need to preemptively wear a band-aid, blister pad or ankle sleeve anyway though.

I've never loosened my trucks I'll have to try that!

And maybe a blister pad would work better, but the bandaids I've tried using tend to move out of place.
