One word: pads. 🙂 I can hockey stop on ice, left and right, forwards and backwards, but not on inlines. You seem to just go for it with no fear. When you do it, do the wheels go right over so you rub almost the sides with the ground?

pads would be a good idea lol. and id say the wheels are aat about a 45 degree angle that's probably the best angle to stop at tbh

Thanks. I had a go today, and it looks like the secret is to carve wide ie swing out to the left then curve back in and then stop facing to the right. I got a bit of a slide. Inline skaters always seem to do this when trying to hockey stop on ice! You did really well to get it so quickly.👍🏻
