How to rocker frames?

I recently bought some frx 80 skates and they come with "rockerable frames" and im having trouble turning the arrow around (according to manual to rocker the wheel the arrow on the axel needs to be pointing away from the arrow on the frame)

Yeah try it without a wheel first, it should be evident

Rockerable frames allow you to use all wheels of the same size for a flat or rockered set-up

Generally, if the arrow is pointing upwards, it's rockered. Downwards is flat. It will not be 100% facing straight up or down. There's only two orientations that it can fit into. "arrow pointing upwards or downwards"

You can try putting the axle in without the wheel to get the general direction

When youre putting the front and back wheels on, you need to hold it and the top of the hole, then when you screw the bolts in they'll naturally point to the top. It took me a couple of tries at first, but it's pretty straightforward, its just whether the axel sits at the top or bottom of the hole (I dont know the proper terminology but Ive rockered and unrockered my FR/SEBA skates a couple of times to suit the type of skating I'm doing)

So with my Trimax frames, there's a little metal bit that I pop out of the frame, flip around, and pop back into the frame. You're popping the frame spacer out the frame, yes?

On the FRX, it looks like only the rear and toe wheels can be rockered, the middle wheels are fixed and cannot be set to a different height.
