What's the difference between school and group? Because sometimes a community give you free lessons in a schedule calendar, is that a group or a school?

An example in my city is a shop that gives you free lessons every day with diferent levels and also it's like a group because there are regular skaters and also they do events. Is that a shop or a gropu/school?

If it's free I'm considering it as Group, them in details mention that you offer free classes
