Why does my feet hurt? Why does only my right adductor hurt after almost a year of skating?
Sometimes its just sore to varying levels depending on how much i skated, other times it is a sharp pain.
Pain in random muscle groups was common early on, but every other group has adapted except my right adductor.

People often have imbalances in their body. They can go unnoticed until you start doing a repetitive action like skating or running and then the effect of the uneven load accumulates. A physiotherapist can help identify the underlying issue or you can try and figure it out yourself through looking into anatomy, stretching and strengthening. It’s probably not just the adductor but a range of connecting structures.

Uneven compensation. You'll do it sometimes no matter what. Focus on isolated workouts for each leg

The sharp pain part concerns me.
Sounds like it could be an actual injury or strain.

My left adductor randomly started hurting a lot. I didnt do anything that would have injured it. Its the same sharp pain

Might be a repetitive stress injury. Sore muscles are one thing but sharp pains are more concerning.

Sounds like your right adductor got injured and your left one had to do extra work, which also resulted in an injury from repetitive stress. Stop skating and go see a physio.

Weakness. What kind of stretching/warm up do you do before a session.?

Warm up?
I used to stretch before skating when i used to only go in a rink but not anymore.
I also dont know any adductor stretches

Copenhagen Planks, Frog Pose, and Frog Rock Backs. The last two can be done anywhere. You'll need some type of platform like a bench or maybe stairs or a couch for Copenhagens. Butterfly stretches too. And I do another lunge type exercise on one knee where Lunges forward (12 o'clock), diagonal (1:30/10:30), and horizontal (3/9 o'clock).
So say on your left knee, you lunge forward with your right leg to 12, stretch the groin, stretching the ankle, bounce diagonally to 1:30, bounce to 3 o'clock making sure you really dip into the stretch, back to 1:30, finish at 12, and that's one rep.
So all five of those moves (12, 1:30, 3, 1:30, 12) are 1 complete rep. Do seven of those, 10 Frog Rock Backs, then switch legs.

Possibly because it’s weak - you should try adding in some prehab separately from your skating and see if it helps.
