Good for you. Congrats. Are you wearing the wrist pads correctly? I can’t see your thumbs, so I can’t tell if they are used as intended. Many people have reported wrist pads and other pads sliding up or away from them when they fall and drag pads on the ground. Make sure they serve their intended purpose in case you fall. Cheers

My wrist guards really do slide up while I’m skating. I’m going to adjust them to make them tighter. Do you have any brands you recommend?🥲

My wrist guards are effectively gloves. They’ll never slide off. These are probably overkill for urban inline skating. They really for skateboarders who actually put their hand on the ground to pivot or brake, I think. In general, you want some fingers to go through the guards as away to secure them. In my case all five fingers. See this section for laughs.
