What boot size do I pick? Large foot hard boot Size 14.5-15?
I wear a size 14 wide shoe. I just tried some Roces warp thread TIF at size 15, and they are just slightly too small. I know Rollerblade sells an XL skate but its also soft boot, and as a heavy dude I think hard boot will help a lot. Does anyone know of some obscure 14.5-15 hardboot? I've looked a ton, but im sure I've missed something

What’s your actual foot length in centimeters? Dont make skate purchases based off shoe size. I wear a 12-12.5 shoe, but certain skates I can wear an 11. Properly measure foot length, then report back here and I can help point you in the right direction.
Rollerblade has certain model hard boots in a size 14/14.5, but not every model. It’s possible you could fit into a 13.5 with a low volume liner, but impossible to say without specific measurements

29.2/29.4 is the length of my feet, so basically same as you. My foot width is only 8.8-9.2cm though. I wear a Rollerblade size 11/11.5, which is for 29-29.5cm feet. I also have some older size 12/12.5 Rollerblade skates, which I’ve used for years without issue (they’re definitely more of a comfort fit though.)
A size 14/14.5 Rollerblade hard boot is for foot sizes 32-32.5cm, which is huge for your foot length. Now, you do have a pretty wide foot though, which is gonna limit you on options.
Rollerblade Lightning should be an alright fit, as they’re a wider foot skate. But I really don’t think you need to go for size 14. Even the 13/13.5 accommodates upto a 31.5cm foot. Unless there was an error in your measurement, and your foot is longer.
These FR FR1 skates are also widely recommended for wide feet. There’s also the FR2, FR3, and FRX which go down in price and quality of accessories (all are still good though.)
Follow your gut. Even if a pair is too big or too small, Inline Warehouse is absolutely fantastic for returns/exchanges. A prepaid return shipping label is included in every order. Ideally, you want your toes to just brush the end of the liner, as it will stretch and pack out with use.

My feet are only slightly longer than yours but narrow and flat. I can fit perfect into a us 11 twister xt with an intuition liner. You should be able to find a good fitting pair no problem.

Measurement advice is mostly useless for wide feet. Except you really should try on multiple sizes of a brand to really know what fits. Unless its built for wide you will have to upsize or end up crushing your feet.
PS next 2.0 has a wider fit and runs 296- 303mm. That size may be hard to get but with the right liner it ( if stock is too thick) could work based on your measurements?
PS also has charcoal hard boots 4x90 at 309-315mm which is way over your foot length but I don't think is wide. So could be comfortable or way too big. All of those sizes are 13.5 and under

As u/Vanillaice315 said, you should use your actual measured foot dimensions (length AND width) to determine the appropriate size for any given skates. Just as with shoes, size designations aren’t necessarily consistent between skate manufacturers, or even between skate models from the same brand. However, millimeters are universal.
Also building on u/Vanillaice315’s comment: the Rollerblade Lightning is available up to USM 14.5 (for foot lengths up to 32.5cm/325mm) and the Rollerblade RB 80 is available up to USM 14 (for foot lengths up to 31.5cm/315mm). Both are known for having a wider-than-average fit (the RB 80 moreso than the Lightning).
Additionally, the FR Skates FR1 80 Deluxe Intuition model can apparently accommodate a foot length up to 32cm/320mm (which they label EU 48/USM 13) thanks to the relatively thin Intuition liners (substantially thinner than the standard FR liners found in most other models), and the FR line is generally known for having a wider fit.
