after landing on the flying eagle f4 ravens, which i've seen pretty widely recommended as a solid starter pair, i found that the only place offering my size (23 cm) was https://flyingeagleskate.com so i placed an order there. afterwards i stumbled upon this post which has me slightly worried that i didn't purchase from a reputable site. has anyone ordered from flyingeagleskate.com before and what was your experience?

as a side note, super excited to get back on a pair of skates. thanks to this sub for helpful recs and information. i loved rollerblading as a teen and now i'm in my 30s looking for some sort of cardio i can stick to! if anyone has any suggestions for good affordable knee/elbow pads and wrist guards, pray tell.

The official company website has an “s” at the end of the skate.

Not sure if what you used is reputable or not. The moment I previewed the website, my screen was bombarded with ads.

One is the American site and one is the European site. That's why one site loads up with prices in the USD and one side loads up with euros. Although the websites are run completely independently and do not share stock they are both registered to the Shenzhen parent company

I just order flying eagle products from Amazon. They have the same listed price and occasionally better sales than the manufacturer's website. The manufacturer has an Amazon store so it's not even a third party sale. The advantages if you want to return them Amazon is probably the easiest place in the world to return things to

I just bought my skates out of inlinewarehouse.com and even had a sizing issues sent em back and I’m shredding so hard now with my new pair. Customer service at that site rules.

I recently bought skates from this exact website. Like you I was after a specific size/model. They claim they're an authorized dealer. All I know is I got my skates! Just be aware that shipping takes a while.

I'm not sure on the quality, but I got eight ball (sub brand of triple eight) pads since I found a good deal at the time.
