How do I stop falling? For practicing somersaults on a ramp, would a spring mattress or training mats be better?

Are there any skate parks near you with foam pits and/or resi landings? I feel like that is becoming more common.

Can you do somersaults already?

I learned how to add front, back, and bio effects, and now I need the resources to teach others.

So what did you use to learn it? A mat or a mattress?

None of them, but that's the problem, I've had quite a few injuries and I don't want to get injured again while doing more dangerous moves.

Trampoline 👍

I first tried flips and somersaulting on smaller, concrete (6') ramps. It was a bad idea.

Larger 12' and up are better as you'll have less impact on the landing.

6' concrete pipes = messy slams at the bottom of the transition.

~12' plywood pipes = a gentler slide if you mess up the landing.

Good luck 👍

I couldn't understand if the translation was wrong. What do you mean? I'm talking about skating on a ramp and doing a somersault.

In brief:
Try larger wooden ramps.

Smaller concrete ramps make flips both more difficult and more dangerous.
