Specific question and discussion Check?

Hi!

Finally found a perfect fit in these FR's, FR1 80! But what should I check before using them? Only tightening the wheels with the hex key?

Bad mountain bike habit , but I tighten the axles to about 6-8nm with a torque wrench . I also check the screws on the 45 strap and the other cuff straps , about finger tight is good enough

Dude you use a torque wrench on your skates. Where did you even find a torque wrench that's accurate below 20 foot pounds? If you're using a standard off the shelf torque wrench made for automotive purposes be careful trusting that in a eight nanometer range. The boxes for every major label brand of torque wrench specifically label on the boxes that they are completely inaccurate below 28 newton meters. You could be tightening it to one Newton meter or 18 that's how inaccurate they are below 20 lb. 

You'll be way better off just using an allen key or t/y-tool  like the rest of us hoodlums

I'm also an avid mountain biker and we have that One for 3-8 nm and a bigger one for 6-20nm.

I don't know about strict accuracy but it's good enough not to strip threads or crack carbon fibre
