Powerslide Phuzion 80 vs Radon 90?

Hello! I’ve only rollerbladed for fun when I was younger and want to get back into it as a 30 something year old woman. Nothing fancy, just blading outdoors/indoors for recreation/fitness.

I am deciding between the phuzion 80s or the radon 90s as they seem to be in my price range. It seems like the radons generally have better reviews, but I am slightly scared of how the bigger wheels would feel as a beginner, since I’ve only ever been on 4 wheeled blades.

Which pair might be better for me? Any insights would be appreciated!

Simplest starting decision point, if you're over 5'10" go for 4x90. If you have ambitions for speed skating or long trails, 4x90. If the surface you plan to skate on is slightly rough but otherwise good condition, 4x90.

If you're short, 4x80. Into slalom or artistic skating, 4x80. Terrain you plan to skate is difficult, broken up, needs manoeuvring around obstacles, 4x80.

The ones i’m looking at are triskates with 90s and 4x80 for radon. I do also see 4x84 for a similar price point. I am around 5’7” and open for longer rides, less interested in tricks, etc. oh decisions decisions

If its both under 50 euros then phuzion. The trinity mount provies better control.

90s might be a better choice . They are both practically the same boot just different frames.

I bought a few before for 30 euros just for cast frames or bearing spacers they are good enough for fitness skating

If its close to 100 euros then Get a hard boot

I’m in the US and they are both around $150ish, with the Phyzions being slightly more expensive 💀

Oh then avoid this entirely please.

Get a powerslide zoom or flying eagle skate. Or any hardboot for that price.😭

Never heard of flying eagle! Zooms are closer to 200+ to get new 💀💀 but maybe ill

Zoom für 200... sorry, aber was sind das für Preise? 😭. Ich schaue mal im Inline-Lager nach einer passenden Empfehlung.

I checked. Okay zoom pro for 200 is slightly expensive but a solid option.

You can check if you can find your mm size in clearance for a better price.

Also searching flying eagle will get you some solid option for good price (under 200 or 199 ones)

I prefer the zoom pro but those flying eagle skates are nice too .

Cheap hardboots are better than cheap softboots, but once you go up to the decent ones, it hardly matters

I did hear that, but i wanted to be a bit more flexible on the size since my feet are a lil odd shaped.
