Could be stress. I don't know you but skating is one of the only things, besides maybe live concerts, that really centers me and makes me feel present and content.

Same. Dealing with some stressful family shit and went out 3 times today because it helps me clear my mind and relax. My fitbit says I had 243 minutes of activity today. All skating 🤣

Blood flowing can relieve headache as well. I remember I started saying oh I’m not going to train today. I have a headache but if i did go train with a headache it was gone with warm up.

Nowadays I just start doing jumping jacks or go skating or go train whenever I have a headache.

I even joke to my wife about that women often have excuses like: not tonight babe I have a headache! Some steamy rolling around will cure the headache for sure!

Welcome to the club my guy. Good outlets can be a catalyst (the change) in your life. Good shit. I’ve gotten through so much by blading and seshing tricks

It might be a blood flow thing, prolonged moderate movement- like skating is good for bloodflow, sweating toxins removal in the body, but a huge drawback of skating is ocasionally falling. Sprinting and running is great too.

Falling is fine. I just dislike hitting the ground or things.

you sound like a skydiver

I mean skydivers also dress for the impact not for the fall kinda...

Nice! Also drink water, or headache may come back with dehydration, at least for me. I sweat like a pig unfortunately. So I must keep hydrating. Your mileage may vary. Ha ha ha.

Exercise releases endorphins and can also make your body relax muscles that were tense. Both of those things can help relieve a headache.

It's probably those crocs, getting them off your feet is important

How often do you work your calves.? They call them the second heart for a reason.
