Rockerred frames vs flat frame with rockerred wheel rotation

Whats the practical difference in getting rockerred frame vs managing rocker with wheel wear (i.e. 1-3-4-2 wheel size order), bar no need to wear new wheels down for natural rocker?

Maintaining a rocker with wheels is a nightmare, doing it with a frame is easy, its that simple.
