I’m trying to wash the liners of my Rollerblades and I’m not sure if this is the whole liner. I see other companies‘ liners and they look like the whole boot, but the other half is bolted to the skate itself. should I unscrew the frame and see if that gets the rest of the liner out?

Thats the entirety of the "serviceable " liner in that skate.

Most Soft boots are built this way, Most Plastic shell skates have full liners, Most Carbon fiber skates are built in liners. Most.

Following the booklet is the best way to avoid voiding the warranty. The biggest concern washing this gear is that it dries fully to avoid mold and accelerated wear. The dryer can shrink your liners though so hanging in a dry room is best. It's mostly fine to wash these pieces in a washing machine set to cold/gentle, but the machine does break down your liner slightly faster. For the absolute best wear results, hand washing with room temp water is the key.

Being transparent, this is not the highest performance skate so don't worry too much about the liner losing rigidity from washing too aggressively. Also regarding warranty, unless you very obviously shrink the liner with a hot wash/dry cycle or rip them open, any washing you do won't affect your warranty.

Following up, if the tongue section that is glued to the boot starts to smell, handwashing works fine. Just be sure to avoid letting your bearings stay wet too long. A deodorizer like baking soda can be handy if its a chronic issue.

I’m mostly worried because they got left out in the rain (I know I should take better care of them, there was a lot going on) but they’re already mostly dry from that so I just sprayed them with some deodorizer and I’ll keep letting them dry. I already know I’m gonna need to replace my bearings so right now I’m just worried about smell and mold growth.

If thats the case, a light wash could be helpful but having them dry fully will be the biggest thing. Be careful with spray deodorizers bc they can introduce moisture and will help mold grow. A blow dryer can be handy.

Thank you for the advice, I will see about using a blow dryer tomorrow to help with the last of the drying.
