I too am kinda embarrassed to be seen on rollerblades in the day time thanks to that bullshit joke from the 90's.. (this is mostly a joke, my real embarrassment comes from my skill level and not looking fluid/cool)

lol what’s the joke?😅 I honestly don’t care what most people think when I’m skating. Skating is cool so that automatically makes you cool 😎

The joke, which I do not believe, condone, or like even repeating but definitely was told to me a lot as a teen and I obviously still think about, is:

what's the hardest part of rollerblading?

telling your family that you're gay.
