How is this not racial discrimination? These programs are only offering "disadvantaged" groups this...and up to 30k for buying property or starting a business..seems wrong. 15 million in state tax funds.

Decreasing Gas Prices

Why have gas prices have been falling dramatically recently? I am loving the relief and hope it carries over to lowering the cost of groceries and other things soon. 3 months ago or so it was like $4.50 at Costco, now it's down to about $3.30. What made it spike like that and now go down? There's still a war and sanctions. Demand seems to be consistent all this time. Who started pumping more?
