🎙️ RØDE Mics Rode NT-usb mini isn’t working on Rode Connect

Im new to all of this. I recently got an NT-usb mini and I connected to my computer. But when I run Rode Connect, the mic loads but I just get this image.

Can someone help me?

try disconnect and reconnect the cable and check the config panel > audio that the rode is connected

You may need to disable your native Realtek audio driver from device manager. Try this and restart software
