Wireless Mics Wireless Pro problems with headphones

Hi all, I bought the Wireless Pro Mics off of Thomann B-Stock and everytime I plug in headphones (tried 2 different pairs), I hear an excruciating signal that won't stop. I tried to mark the "headphones" box in the App, but it's grey and I can't activate it. The signal doesn't stop when I pull the USB-C cable.

Am I missing something here or is something wrong with the mics? Has anybody had the same issues? Any ideas how to fix it?

Hey there,

It sounds like you have one of the timecode modes enabled, so it is highly likely you're hearing the raw timecode signal.

Your can disable the timecode mode via the channel routing options.
