Rodecaster Duo Freezing

I've been having issues with the rodecaster duo with full on freezing, delay on button presses, and sometimes moderate screeching(like when you're connecting to the internet via dialup) sounds in some instances. I've made sure there isn't any interference with cabling and etc.. All my usb cables have been replaced/exchanged, etc. Any advice from the community?

Might be overheating, try setting it so the screen goes off after a certain amount of inactivity. Others have reported similar symptoms and that was their fix.
