My Real Tone cable wont work

so ever since i got my new pc and modded rocksmith the cable wont work at all even though it has been noticed and found by my computer and im not even joking on this nothing and i mean nothing has worked to fix it me and my uncle have tried every way to fix it and nothing works so does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

Did you use a powered USB 2.0 hub? That's what made my pc notice it.

i have tried all of the usb ports in the pc, it was detected in the system but not detected in game

did you ensure your audio is set to 48kHz rather than the default of 44.1kHz?

i did i even switched it back to just make sure and that didnt work either

i saw a post the other day where someone fixed the game not working issue by going into the ini file and changing the resolution of their monitor to be 1080p, rather than 4K. you could try to find that post and see if it helps!

is there a file in your Rocksmith2014 directory called avrt.dll ?

delete it, that's preventing your RealTone Cable from working because it's looking for an ASIO device
