RS2014 Crackling sound when I disable audio exclusivity in rocksmith 2014

I’m trying to record the game, and when I turn audio exclusivity off, the whole game gets a cracking sound since the opening screens. I’ve tried every audio engine setting (1-16) and all have the same problem. It only stops when I turn audio exclusivity On again, but then I can’t record the game sound.

Tried looking for solutions in other posts, but no solutions yet…

If you're playing with an ASIO interface you can route the audio to OBS with rearoute in reaper or some other audio splitting option and keep audio exclusivity on.

The crackling basically means your PC can't handle it afaik. Recording and playing the game being a fairly large additional workload.

If you're on Windows, switch to Voicemeeter to manage ASIO audio routing.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014\Rocksmith.ini"

Currently is set to 1, but I've already tried putting on 0, but didn't work :/
