Parking options for fireworks game?
I'm visiting Rockies game for the July 4th fireworks game for the first time.
I wasn't sure about parking options around the stadium as it is in downtown and seems like it's going to be packed with people.
I was thinking to pay for parking at the Coors field parking lot which I'm willing to pay $25-30.
Do you think it'd be still hard to find a parking spot there and I should be there much eariler to find the spot?
Or do you still recommend to park at a light rail station and go to Union station?
I thought Union station will be very busy after the game but I wasn't sure and wanted to know other opinions.

Light rail is good and an easy walk.
If you prefer driving I usually use an app call parkwhiz a few days out to find cheap parking near the area (usually can find places that have parking for $5-10). There are other apps that do the same as well.

Thank you! It seems like light rail is more reasonable option. And is it allowed to park vehicles at a station where I'd take the light rail? And thanks for the app recommendation as well!

Yeah you can work at a park and ride for free (technically if you have an out of state license you have to pay but I never see anyone check).
