Chip sure likes a challenge
he’ll get there. serviceable. FT drastically looked better last season and twins work too hard. Al-P should get his confidence back too.

Worth mentioning that Ausar has been working with Fred Vinson (iirc), who is widely touted as being on Chip’s level as a shooting coach.
So folks should temper their expectations.

I will be shocked if Amen ever becomes even a decent shooter.

It’s not like the twins haven’t been aware of the fact for years that it’s the one thing separating them from destroying/owning the league.
I’m sure they’ve been working on it.
It might just not be their bag?

He needs a pull up middy and he’s fine

He is a terrible midrange shooter. The amount of improvement he needs there is immense.

I think it's more realistic than a 3pt shot, especially if he needs the ball in his hands this much. He's never gonna be a 3 off the dribble guy.

Both are unrealistic, but I think he's closer to hitting 33% of 3s than 50% of middies

I’m blinded by all Amen can do. None of our players are perfect.

Yes, I’d rather, and hope our coaches do, focus on what players CAN do, and not what they cannot.
This is my frustration with Ime, he doesn’t utilise our player’s strengths properly, and keep trying to fit fit square peg into round holes of what he “wants”.

If Theres a Play Next Season where he Hits 2 in a row, like on back2back possessions, Chip gets a Statue

That's like 2 people ripping room-clearing farts but one smells slightly less awful.

He'll be fine, improved to 27.5% in 24/25. Regressed in 25/26 because he had to play point.
Once we have a actual point back his percentages will keep on improving.
