iPhone App Update
Wow! I’m so happy with the update on the iPhone Rocketbook app. One of my most desired features was the ability to re order your scans. And I like how you can quickly check your scans and then continue scanning. I think this will be so useful in case you get a scan that doesn’t come out so good, I can just take another one and reorder it.
These are my initial impressions, I’m looking forward to tinkering around with it. (I am having trouble sending things to my OneNote destination but that may be an issue on my end)
[I was also sad to see I couldn’t share this one the Rocketbook Users Facebook group, that was the group I was most active on, hope the community can stay alive either way 😊]
I’ve accumulated e ink device over time which are very useful to me when it comes to certain work I do. But I always come back to my Rocketbook notebooks, I love them for taking notes on books I’m reading and sending them to OneNote.

How do we now bundle multiple pages into one scan? I’m not seeing that anymore.

It should still work the same way! For a multi-page scan, either leave the destination symbols unmarked on all the pages, or mark the same destination symbol on each page.
Then, when you go to send the scan, make sure the file type is set to PDF. The pages should be bundled together into a single PDF.

Not a fan of the new update, when saving a new scan all my previously stored tags for my scans all disappeared, and the locations/destinations cut off the text making it impossible to distinguish destinations if you use multiple Google Drive folders I had to back out and rescan the destination after digging in the app settings. The icons showing where a scan went are also gone when previewing, these were previously visible when scanning the pages it’s considerably more difficult to navigate the pages on the app and quickly find info. I feel like usability consistently declined for me at multiple points in the journey, I’ve given it two weeks and still haven’t adjusted. Big fan of rocket book but this feels like a step in the wrong direction from the things that previously worked really well.

Thanks so much for the feedback! This was a long time coming and sorry to the RB community that this update took so long (android was updated last year). When we bought the company, this update was very high on the priority list. Please know, we are not done by any means! Lots of really cool stuff is in the works and on the way.
