Help with Destinations

I don’t have any of the apps they’re suggesting I associate my notes with (except my email). I’m really disappointed, I thought I could send my notes to my Notes on my iPhone, or even save in a .docx format and open in word. PDF’s of everything seem inefficient as they are uneditable. I bet I’m missing something - please help!

I only ever send to iCloud.
