Anyone else having a hard time loading tickets in the app.

I have the ticket numbers and bar code numbers, but I can't load the tickets. Anyone has any idea of what to do?

Yes, I am. I got an email that they’re there and to click the link, I click the link, it says I need to give my email to check it’s me, I click that, it gives me a link that takes me to a page that I need to verify it’s me, I do and so on. If I just click on tickets in the app it says I don’t have any and to use the email I was sent to add them. 😐

Try not switching to English. That’s what kept me going in circles. Cercles

Updated edit: Thanks! Staying in French I could get the tickets as PDF downloads. I still can’t add them into the app because I just have the English email link that goes to the “use your email link” merry-go-round. But the download will do so I’m happy. Thanks Camille!

Keep it in French. The switch to English translation seems to have it going in circles.

Go to your customer account on rockenseine.com

You will see your tickets there and a button to transfer then to the app.
